Annual Dinner/Banquet: January 11th, 2017

The Colquitt Miller County Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to hosting their Annual Banquet to celebrate another year! This will be held at the Moby Dick Restaurant on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 6:30 pm. We will recognize Miller County School’s teachers of the Year and announce the chamber's annual award winners which were nominated by the people of Colquitt and Miller County! The Chamber will share our accomplishments of the year and talk about plans for the upcoming year. The Chamber is pleased to announce that the speaker this year will be Deana Tanner Bibb of Proper Pepper Pimento Cheese out of Sandersville, Georgia. She will share how she went from a full time stay at home mom to a full time batch maker of small batch pimento cheese claiming the coveted “Taste of Georgia” title in 2015. She has a great story to tell the successes and struggles of starting a small business. She said, “I wish I could tell you a sweet story about how my special recipe came from my great grandmother, but my story is different.” Join us to hear how!
